Plan Your Visit to Bones Chapel Baptist Church

Bones Chapel is a small-town church made up of real people who care about one another. From the moment you walk in, our hope is that you feel welcomed, comfortable, and never judged. We’re a church family where people notice you, shake your hand, look you in the eye, and genuinely want to get to know you.

Our worship is simple and focused. Each Sunday includes a mix of old and new songs led by Emily Roberts on guitar, followed by clear Bible teaching from Pastor Derrick Roberts. We preach from the ESV Bible and are currently reading through the Bible together as a church. Sermons last about 35 minutes and are centered on Jesus, the gospel, and how God’s Word speaks into everyday life.

There’s no dress code at Bones Chapel. Come as you are. During the service, we do have a brief welcome time where people are encouraged to greet one another, but no one is ever singled out or put on the spot. Kids of all ages are welcome to sit in the service, and we also offer a nursery for infants and toddlers.

Our purpose is simple: to know Jesus and make Him known. We believe lives are changed through the gospel, and we love seeing people come to faith and follow Jesus in baptism.
